Product Care
- Place in a laundry net and machine-wash on a short cycle with the water temperature set below 30℃ or gently wash by hand.
- After lightly removing excess water, reshape the garment in the direction of the pleats and dry in a well-ventilated area away from the sunlight.
- To maintain the shape of the pleats for longer, it is recommended to wash the garment each time after wearing.
- Roll the garment according to the direction of pleats when storing.
- Do not dry clean.
- Do not tumble dry, iron or steam press, as the finish of the fabric is not designed to withstand heat.
- Please avoid wearing the garment when wet to avoid stretching the pleats.
- Please avoid applying prolonged pressure while the garment is stretched.
- The design of the product does not allow for sleeves or hems to be altered.
- Please understand that reprocessing pleats is not possible.

Return & Exchange
How To Return
For purchasing within Thailand, you have 7 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase from passagewaybkk.com. While international purchase, you have 30 days from the shipping date. The items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition.
Return request
Remember that if you are returning a product from home, you must contact us for return request via contact@passagewaybkk.com.
Return request modification
If you wish to modify or cancel your return request, please contact us so that we can process it. If you decide not to return an item indicated in the request, you do not have to carry out any procedure.
Return shipping fee
Remember that you are responsible for shipping fee for returning products to us.
Return packaging
If you no longer have the original packaging, you can return your order using any other packaging, as long as it is sealed correctly to avoid losing the item(s).

Return period
Remember that you must always send the item(s) you wish to return within 7 days for purchasing within Thailand or within 30 days for an international purchase, before the return period expires. If you have requested a return and it has not been processed correctly, please contact us so that we can help you try again.
Refund
The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.
You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.
If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 30 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.
How To Exchange
Remember that you exchange goods while they have all their labels and be in perfect condition as you can find more information from the RETURN section.
Exchange period
Remember that you must always send the item(s) you wish to return within 7 days for purchasing within Thailand or within 30 days for an international purchase, before the return period expires. We will proceed the exchange procedure within 7 days after receiving products from you. Moreover, we will send you the notification via email before delivery.
Shipping & Delivery
The shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, what time you make your purchase and item availability.
At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, the cost and the delivery date of your order.
Delivery options:
- Postal service - 50 THB/ FREE (Orders over 1,890 THB)
The estimated delivery time will be between 3-7 working days, depending on the delivery address.
- Grab service - 100 THB
Remember that the Grab service is available for shipping within Bangkok, Thailand. It is available from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.
- International shipping service – based on the shipping address and parcel weight
International customers are responsible for all import/customs/local tax fees that may be incurred upon receipt of your package.
If you have purchased as a registered user, you can modify the delivery address by accessing your order details in your account; if and when the order status allows to do so.
Bear in mind that deliveries are only made on working days.
Order Status
You will receive email updates on the status of your order.
You can also find this information in your account. Your registered account will have your order information and details of your purchases.
Customers may view order Fulfillment Status sent to their email and track on ongoing stages such as;
- Payment Received - Acknowledgment of your payment for your order.
- Order Fulfilled - Your order has been packed and ready to ship.
- Shipping & Tracking - Notify your order shipping method and tracking number.
Split Orders
It is possible that your order be dispatched with separated packages. It this happens, we will let you know by email to track each parcel.
